Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://e-matrex.ma website and the related services provided by E-MATREX (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
E-MATREX provides a mailing application that is integrated into the client’s server after they select a plan from e-matrex.ma/plans. Once a plan is selected and the server details are provided by the client, E-MATREX will provide a script that the client uses to install and configure the application on the designated server. The services provided are based on the selected plan, and the client is responsible for ensuring their server meets the necessary requirements for the proper operation of the application.
By creating an account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
E-MATREX offers various subscription plans that clients can choose from at e-matrex.ma/plans. After selecting a plan, the client contacts E-MATREX, provides their server details, and proceeds with the payment for the selected plan.
Once the client sends the payment, E-MATREX will verify the receipt of the payment. After confirming the payment, E-MATREX will send the client the project code along with the installation script. The client will use this script to install the mailing application on their server, which will be configured according to the selected plan.
Each subscription plan includes a support package, which is billed on a monthly basis. The client must continue to make monthly payments for ongoing support services. If the client fails to make the required monthly payment for support, E-MATREX reserves the right to suspend or terminate the support services.
Selection of Plan and Payment
After the client selects a plan from e-matrex.ma/plans and makes the payment, the client provides necessary server details to E-MATREX.
Verification of Payment
Once the payment is verified, E-MATREX will send the client a unique project code and an installation script to the provided server details.
Installation Script and Setup
The installation script will include clear instructions for the client to execute on their server. The script will handle the installation and configuration of the mailing application.
Running the Script
The client runs the installation script on their server. The script will automatically install and configure the application based on the selected plan.
Configuration and Final Setup
E-MATREX will provide necessary guidance during the installation process. If any configuration adjustments are needed, E-MATREX will offer support to ensure the application runs smoothly on the client’s server.
Ongoing Maintenance
After installation, the client is responsible for maintaining their server, including any necessary upgrades or troubleshooting required for the application to continue functioning correctly.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by E-MATREX on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of E-MATREX.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (2) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
E-MATREX has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
In addition, Content found on or through this Service is the property of E-MATREX or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
If there are any changes to these terms, E-MATREX will notify users in advance, and the new terms will be provided at least 30 days before they take effect. Please review these Terms regularly for any changes
